We actually made this reservation for one night to entertain our grandchildren while on their Spring Break. This hotel has a great pool! The kids had a wonderful time swimming and also enjoyed their first hotel breakfast which included chocolate chip pancakes. The hotel was clean and modern with helpful staff. We'll definitely do this again when the kids are around. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone passing through.Great pool, beautiful gym, large hotel room and good breakfast.
Staff at the reception desk was extremely rude on check in.
We had the handicap room. It was good but needs lighting on the left side of the room and in the closet.
We were given a handicap accessible room. It was lovely, large, clean and great maid service. The breakfast buffet was very nice and the service pleasant. The desk staff was very supportive. W We visit Shelton frequently and will be staying at this hotel from now on.
