You overbooked us at this hotel, so when we got there, we didn't have a room. Not to mention our stay was supposed to be for four nights and they only showed one night when we got there. But, we sure as hell got charged for our whole stay! I usually book directly through hotel websites and didn't this time by accident. I will never make that mistake again!
