On top of the nice and wonderful staff, the rooms are always welcoming and the beds are comfy😉.
My air conditioner did not shut off, so I came back on the first night my room was 54 degrees. Told the front desk everyday of my stay and stuff was not addressed. I had to cycle the A/C on and off while I was in the room so it would maintain any kind of temperature.

Very nice place to stay.
When an issue arises with your reservation the last type of person you want to end up having to speak to is a condescending, non listening ears, no empathy and total unprofessional phone etiquette skills from a young girl, obviously, inexperienced girl. It is unfortunate that this hotel has clean rooms, sitting areas, great food and super comfortable bed and bedding and employ front desk personnel such as this. I would think that it is a well known fact that the front desk is representing your business and is the first impression to your costumers. I would like to be a returning customer and be able to recommend your hotel!
