Room keys repeatedly failed and had to be re keyed. Phone found on 2nd day rolled up in closet. Refrigerator was not cold. There was no hairdryer in bath but there was a holder for it. Room had a disinfectant smell when we arrived and damp feeling after that. I am from South Louisiana, I know what damp is.
We were only there one night but the room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. We had an issue with the TV but one call to the front desk and the young lady came right up and remedied the problem.
