I booked this stay 6 weeks ahead of arrival; prepaid, even got an email from the hotel that the rooms was prepaid. I arrived and they said they had NOT received payment from the booking site. They said I would have to pay again. What choice did I have. They didn't try to work on the problem. Instead of enjoying my stay with family, I had to deal with the credit card company close my account and couldn't use my card. You would think employees would be trained for these events. Instead, they told me no one here knows how to take care of this. Not even an "I'm sorry.".

When I got there, I found out the room was almost $100 cheaper directly through hotel. We done on line and it cost me $244. Extremely upset!
