Fantastic stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff was exceptionally professional and welcoming — check in was smooth and everyone I interacted with was friendly and attentive. The room was spotless and well maintained, with comfortable bedding. It felt modern and relaxing. What I loved most was the location — right in the center of the city, just steps from great restaurants, shops and public transportation. It made exploring Boston incredibly easy. Overall, a highly recommended hotel for anyone looking for clean rooms, great service and a perfect downtown location. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Hotel Indigo is a small boutique hotel providing all the necessary amenities. It is a half a block from TD garden and a short walk to stop four on the trolley tour. Elevators a slow and hot but get the job done. I would stay here again.
The location was great the rooms and staff were great!
