The moment from making our reservation I knew it was going to be a great stay. We checked in at 3pm and everything was smooth sailing. The lady at the front desk was very informative and kind. We got our cards to our room and we walked in and it was very clean and tidy. Our daughter couldn't wait to go swimming so clearly that was next on our visit. We hung out in the pool and the hot tub and when we went back to our room. I received a call about a family emergency and there it was cut short. We had to leave unfortunately. I explained to a young lady who works there and she was so kind hearted and understanding due to our circumstances. I can't wait to make another visit. Thank you for all the hospitality everyone showed to us there.
Whenever I have to stay overnight in the area due to work, this is my go to hotel! I feel safe and I know I'm going to get a good night's sleep at this establishment. I sleep like a log because their beds are so comfy! Rooms are clean as always. And it's a nice thing to know that I can go take a swim in the pool and enjoy the Jacuzzi to relax to help get a good night's sleep. The breakfast in the morning is always awesome and hot. They served biscuits and gravy which is as good as I make it, so you know it's good! I brought extra food the night before to make for dinner and was able to use the microwave downstairs. I'm not in the mood once I get there to go out for dinner so the use of the microwave was more than appreciated! The young man at the desk is more than helpful and he's been there every time I've come back so I'd like to give him a high five for excellent service.
We lost our air conditioning and I am using a walker (awaiting hip replacement and cannot sleep in bed) so this may not be a fair review. But, the room was very clean and the bathroom spotless!, large and accommodating for handicapped persons. If I could sleep in a bed, I would go back in a minute, even though we have multiple hotels near us. The staff was accomodating and AVAILABLE!. .something that's not the case in many hotels we've stayed at.

Our room had several counters that were dirty and sticky. They had not been wiped from the last guest. The room smelled musty which after the counters made me question the cleanliness.
