Good location, customer service was fantastic, very clean establishment.
Overall the property is clean and easily accessible to almost anywhere you want to go in the Chambersburg area. There are several different restaurants nearby and grocery store with a straight shot into downtown or back onto I 81. The breakfast was decent and the rooms are clean.
Loved the breakfast experience because of Leo. Her friendly ways and efficiency make you glad you got up early enough for breakfast. Every hotel needs a Leo, you are lucky to have her.
There weren’t enough towels in the room, and I was assigned a handicapped room, which I wasn’t expecting. Overall, the experience was mediocre at best. However, I must commend the receptionist at check-in—she was terrific and made the process smooth and pleasant. The room was average, and the breakfast buffet was also just okay.

The staff was friendly and the room was comfy. The woman working in the breakfast area was very nice. I'd stay there again.
