Need a place to stay with wonderful customer service? This is the place to be! Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, pool is great fun and breakfast is beyond delicious!
Had very good feelings about our hotel choice when we first arrived, hallway smelled good, room was very clean, loved the choice of bath soap and lotion, (Dove). Second day, Friday, room was cleaned. Third day, room was never cleaned and we DID NOT leave a “Do Not Disturb” card anywhere on the door! We had to call down for fresh towels. The person at the front desk indicated that she was the only one there, but she took the time to at least get us fresh towels. We had two trash cans of full of trash, two days of used towel and an unmade bed by Sunday, our check out day! I was NOT PLEASED and voiced this as we checked out! I was told to speak to a person, I assume she managed the rooms, but after speaking to her, she kept saying we must have left the DND card on or around the door! I assured her WE DID NOT! She offered Holiday Inn points, but I told her that was no use to us as we normally stayed at Hilton properties. I left a little upset at the response and offer of points. When anyone spends their money to stay at a hotel, they usually want a good location✅, hot shower ✅ and a CLEAN ROOM❌.
Hotel clerk was nice and breakfast was great! Everybody we met was friendly.
We were very pleased with our accommodations. The continental breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and very helpful with any requests that were made.
I enjoyed my stay very much. Nice big room clean and nice smell. Also, great breakfast every morning. The employee that was responsible for the food was wonderful. She had a great personality and took a lot pride keeping everything well stocked, hot food and everything was extra clean. Really great person, sorry I cannot remember her name, but she was a five star!
We were displaced during the hurricane recently. We had to book a short term stay the night before our stay at the Holiday Inn Express. It was terrible. Holiday Inn Express was clean, the rooms were immaculate, the breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable and the price was very affordable. I might start staying there Everytime I come to Camden from now on. It was such a pleasant experience. Thank you to the wonderful staff and thank you for the quick and easy booking. 10/10 would book again.
