Our room was perfect in every way! Continental breakfast was excellent.
We had asked for an adjoining room and we were able to get that for our grandchildren. The rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best complimentary continental breakfasts we have ever had at a hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Great place to stay. Rooms are very nice and clean. Breakfast was a great start to the day.
The only issue with this stay was the breakfast, the food was room temperature and there was no one around this was at 6:45 am. The second time we went to breakfast there was no coffee at 8:00 am Saturday morning, both machines were not working. Once they got the machines working the person who was working disappeared for a few minutes showed back up talking to a friend and totally ignored guests. Have never had this bad of service at a Holiday Inn express.
Overall the hotel was good ,but the breakfast could have been more organized with food items coming out in a more timely manner.Bed very comfortable, but toilet was way too low and should be higher.

We were thoroughly impressed with this hotel's customer service and cleanliness! When we checked in, there was an issue with the room we booked with the room we got. The two ladies at the front desk were able to rectify the situation, did it with kindness and were very apologetic, even though it was not their fault! The hotel always looked and smelled clean! The continental breakfast was very well stocked and delicious! We are returning in November and look forward to staying at this hotel as much as we are visiting Sturbridge!
