Safe didn't work and there were lights not working. We asked to get it fixed bit nothing was fixed. Evening desk clerk was ride.

The last time we traveled was 6 years ago with our four dogs. Every Holiday Inn Express we stayed out was very accommodating and inexpensive. Our previous stay was not worth the money. $187 and $40 charge per dog. We won’t stay in another one.

The blinds were broke in the room and a spotlight shone in our eyes all night. Breakfast crew did not show up. No food till 7:20. Kiddos to the person who took over. Won't stay here again.
Would return if in the area. Lady preparing the food was very nice and doing the best she could. She needs help. The cooler for milk etc. Was empty.

The staff was very helpful and professional. The hotel was very clean and the staff made sure it stayed that way. The breakfast each day was very good with a lot of variety. The only thing missing was the ice maker on the second floor was not working and we had to go to a different floor to get ice.
