My stay at this hotel was excellent. The front desk manager, Cara, did a phenomenal job checking guests in. Several people checked in at once. Cara, a trainee whose trainer didn't show up that day, handled herself with grace and aplomb, leaving now one waiting for too long.
Room very clean. Bkfst good but biscuits hard as rock one morning.
Very nice hotel, Breakfast was very good. Rooms were cleaned very well. The only complaint I have,was the mattress in my room was horrible. When I layed on it we sank to the bottom and rolled to the middle. I left with my back hurting because of it. Over all 4.5 stars, the bed was my only complaint.

Always enjoy our stay here. Beautiful area and very tidy establishment.
Check in time for our king suite was 3pm. Due to traffic we arrived at 7:45 pm and our room was not ready. Also had to search for front desk help as after 15 minutes no one was around. I finally found an associate in the laundry room who came to the front desk to attempt to check us in. As I stated the room was not ready. She apologized stating they were low on help. She even went up to the room to expedite its cleaning and our check in. We are IHG members and always stay in HI express and Suites, however this experience has us thinking of looking elsewhere. I. Elueve management could improve on assuring help is available to ensure rooms are ready when clients check in. In our frustration the help that was available and performing multiple tasks was not at fault…again we were very disappointed.
