There were two hotels. The first one had a broken elevator. We were sent to a second hotel that did not have a door for part of the bathroom, did not have an exhaust fan in the shower/toilet area, did not offer a complementary breakfast (part of why we are IHG members and stay at Holiday Inn Express this is so convenient!), did not have microwaves in the room (again, this is extremely convenient) and was seriously under staffed.
My only complaint is the soap dispensers for the sink and shower. Would bar soap (even small bars) cost you too much?.
Hot breakfast bar. Everyday there is either scrambled eggs or omelettes, bacon or sausage, as well as biscuits, bagels, our famous cinnamon rolls, assorted muffins, oatmeal with several options for toppings, fresh bananas, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, 3 kinds of juices, milk, coffee, and our innovative pancake machine.

Staff and breakfast were very good. Heather was incredible.
Very accommodating to our medical needs. Room wears adequately clean. The stafff was very knowledgeable and friendly.
