The room was clean and well equipped. Parking was in front of the room. It was a nice stay. The bed was comfortable.

Bathroom sink, hot and cold water are reversed; sink does not drain, only fills with water, filter is full and nasty; water gets all over the floor when showering; shower nozzle is too high;pop bottles froze in the frig; pillows are uncomfortable and poor quality; shower curtain needs weight because water blows it; bugs everywhere, they even came into our room under the door; at check in, clerk argued with about no availability downstairs, I made reservation in December and requested downstairs room, I cannot do stairs, she finally changed our room but said it wasn't the hotels fault even though I called the hotel directly for reservations.

Rachel at the front desk was awesome 👌. Had some issues with check in and she went above and beyond to help out. Room was nice an and quiet, continental breakfast was great. Easy access to everything.
Very clean and spacious room, quiet, I enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool. Excellent deal for the very reasonable price.
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. We were delighted with our large King room and very impressed with all of the Staff and the excellent Customer Service we received. Property was inviting and our room felt/looked professinally cleaned.
The hotel need to improve cleaning. Floor was never map while I was there. Dog area is always dirty with dogs feces. The breakfast food can be better.
The desk clerk was awesome and the room neat and clean. My stay was a good experience. I would stay here again.
This is second five day stay in 2024. Every thing was better than expected until last stay.
