The hotel is centrally located in Cleveland, near Progressive Field and within a short distance of attractions such as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and FirstEnergy Stadium.
The hotel was a perfect choice for us. We’re going to a concert at rocket Arena and so it was only a seven minute walk from the hotel so it turned out to be excellent choice.
Hotel and valet parking employees were kind and helpful. Would stay at hotel in the future.
The two of us stayed on the 15th floor for three nights. Over our three nights, fruits flies became more and more prominent, from barely there to annoying. Also, we allowed the cleaning service into our room after the second night in the hopes they'd help clean the room up and reduce some of whatever the fruit flies were interested in, but the cleaning service changed the towels and left. They left the garbage and recycling in the room and just changed the towels. I don't see us using this hotel again.
The desk receptionist was so nice and switched our room for us. The next day I tripped and fell down the street. Came back to the hotel (we had already checked out). A different woman was working and she was just as helpful and professional. An ambulance had to be called. Two hours later we came back to the hotel to pick up the car. Both women were on duty. I cannot express how their actions made a difficult day much brighter. We will never stay anywhere but this hotel!

Everyone was very nice and helpful.
Stayed for three days. The hotel is right in the middle of the whole city. Staff who checked us in was super helpful regarding food and directions to various sites. Room was very pleasant and big. Breakfast and staff were awesome and funny.
Excellent location and excellent room. Spacious and clean. Would stay there again.
Loved being in this Holiday Inn Express building. When my booking reservation fell through, I was able to quickly book with Holiday Inn and not have to relocate to other part of town. Although I stayed only a night, there were no issues from the check in, stay, or at check out. If you want to be in a prime area for a comfortable stay, this is the place to be.
