This was our 2nd year staying at this hotel site. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the breakfast amenities were great. I also enjoyed the coffee bar that was available all day. The staff was very professional and friendly. Location was great for the event we attended. Looking forward to staying again next year.
My wife and I have stayed at this property before and the room and amenities were good. Unfortunately this stay did not turn out the way I would’ve liked. From the minute we pulled into the parking lot no sooner did we get out of the car to retrieve our luggage were acousted by the homeless people relentlessly asking for money. And they do not stop until you give up some money. The room was okay the bathroom fan was very noisy and every time we turned on the light which is connected to the fanit was loud enough to wake you up and it was loud enough to hear over tv.and the final reason why I will not ever stay at this particular property is the final night of our stay we were again approached by another homeless person but this time the person now was even bolder and got into my wife s face and caused my wife to back away she felt threatened by the altercation. I had to get my voice up to a forceful tone to get the person to back away. We then told the front desk hotel representative about the altercation and told us that it’s an ongoing situation we’re these people need to be chased away from time to time. This is not exceptable in my book. The hotel does not take the altercations seriously and for that reason I will not stay at any more holiday inn exspress properties in the future! Our safety and wellbeing is more important than convenient location and price points. Please take the security of your guests serious enough to keep this situation from happening over and over again. Thank you.

Enjoy staying here whenever we visit Charlotte. Stay was great except first night our neighbor left their TV blasting all night. Not hotel’s fault though.
