The price was outrageous for the quality of hotel.
While the hotel was convenient and front desk staff extremely knowledgeable and friendly, I was surprised the room was never made up or coffee, etc. replaced. I learned a painful lesson that despite the number I called for reservations being a 307 number, leading me to believe I was speaking to the front desk staff, my three night stay for my mother in law’s funeral was quoted at $902, whereas my in laws in the Nextdoor identical room to mine paid $540. The desk clerk was extremely helpful getting me through to the 3rd party who had overcharged me, I’ve received enough of a refund from them that I’m not pursuing the issue anymore and have learned the hard way to always confirm I’m speaking with the actual front desk staff when making a reservation. We were also grateful for the two day use of your conference room for our family of 30+, mostly from out of town and staying at your hotel, in between and after the service and burial of my mother in law. It was so convenient and helpful to be able to gather there to share memories, laughs, stories, photos and tears. Thank you very much!
