The front desk and breakfast personnel are friendly. The staff who clean rooms are good. But the elevator is reallllly slow! The bathroom tubs are slippery.

Very attentive help at the front desk upon arrival and the cooperation of a new employee as well.
The booking agency lied when I asked if they were the hotel desk I was talking to because I did not want to book through a 3rd party. I was over charged for three rooms I could have gotten much less if I went through the hotel itself. Very bad business.
Check in was easy, helpful staff. Clean room. Nice variety for breakfast and it was hot and delicious!
