Very nice and clean, comfortable room. Very friendly staff.
This place could not charge as much as they do if they were not so close to tourist attractions. NYC, American Dream mall etc. the room was clean but the rest of the amenities were average at best. The bed made my back sore. The towels were scratchy. The machines in their fitness center were old and worn down. The pool just smelled like chemicals. There were ants around the syrup at breakfast time. We stayed on the 4th floor and one of the “guests” on the floor above us let their kid run around stomping on the floor all hours of the night and the front desk did nothing to stop it. The price I paid certainly does not match the quality of my stay.
Went for my daughters 3rd birthday. We where going to the American dream mall for her and the two ladies that helped us and checked us in on Wednesday where the BEST. I believe they where sisters. They treated my daughter like she was royalty even put balloons in our room(206). They went above and beyond to make a 3year olds birthday very special and for that we will definitely be back! five stars ladies! Thank you for a memorable visit.
