I stay at Holiay Inn Express a lot, this is not the typical Holiday Inn Express experience. Pool was cold, food was not good, un editable.
Our toilet was plugged when we arrived. I reported it the first morning. That was Sunday morning. Tuesday I reported it again and it was fixed immediately. The sink drains very slowly.
Everyone was super friendly and they let us do a late check out which was very helpful.

Front desk personel went out of his way to make our stay one of the best in a long time.
Staff was courteous, continental breakfast and coffee were both plentiful and good. Room was clean and dispensers were full. Overall loved my four night stay.
