People running the hallway mist all night and talking loudly. Woke up with itching nose and throat and eyes watering horribly. Dirty, nasty, loud, outdated. Never again. Waste of money. Bed was comfortable, if I have to give one positive thing.
Edward and James were rude. Edward hung up on me when I was trying to find out how to verify my reservation. They were both hard to understand and impatient. They both said they would send a confirmation code, but they didn’t.
nice rooms but carpets needed to be vacuumed more especially in the elevator.
