Not as close to the airport as expected but nice to have shuttle to and from and able to get a room during the winter snow storm great staff, very kind during the unexpected stay and would absolutely stay here again if any airport issues happen in Pittsburgh.

No problem getting a reservation. The room was fine, the beds were super comfy and the staff was very nice. We had the ribeye at the bar and grill and it was super delicious. We were pleasantly surprised!

The staff were incredible, especially Liz. Our room not so great. 1) Had to kill a crawling bug the first night (looked like a cockroach or a beetle). 2) Bathroom door is on rollers. It’s too heavy, does not provide privacy. 3) Remote did not enable us to use the menu or the guide buttons. 4) HVAC would not let us control the air temp it was either freezing or heating. Bad experience for the price.
No TV channel guide. No restaurant menu.

THIS place was definitely a pleasant site four sore eyes—Our flight was delayed/then cancelled and circumstances were unforeseen—Luckily, a kind employee from the Hotel’s Corporate Office, made sure our evening couldn’t get any worse and(he)waited patiently, taking one after another credit card(of mine)to reassure that OUR Evening would be starting(over, soon or ending on a sweet/positive note)once we arrived at their airport Hilton! Kimmy greeted us with a nice big smile and was cheerful and informative including about hours/what to expect from a SHEETZ which was located outside their back door! WE had a very comfortable”layout” and our wake up call was timely! Aubrey, the a.m. attendant was also friendly and knowledgeable She reassured there wouldn’t be ANY possible way that “one on Her Watch” could miss the free shuttle to the airport, which WE arrived right on time for! Lastly, JOE, Our shuttle driver was aware, awake and attentive by engaging all riders in a trivia game—he asked various questions as he approached a red(traffic)light This staff knew( and knows)HOW to PLEASE and WE WERE/Still ARE VERY Appreciative!
We stayed overnight to catch a flight out of Pittsburgh airport. We were able to leave our car for the week. Shuttle service is excellent. Highly recommend.
