Staff was wonderful. Tomy was very friendly and always wore a smile. Carl the manager was excellent and made sure everyone was comfortable. Always on top of things. Pete an attendant in the breakfast area was so nice and attentive. Housekeeping staff was awesome. Fernando in maintenance was right on when it came to fixing what was necessary. Excellent staff!

While our room was overall fine, there were small annoyances that could easily be fixed: 1)TV did not work upon arrival. After some working the problem, it was realized the plug was not completely pushed in TV; 2) the fridge was tipping over one of the four legs not even with the others; 3) the greatest annoyance (which we've experienced before at DeForest IHG) are the guests' heavy walking and noise in room above. I recognize this cannot always be avoided, but does the hotel go to any lengths to avoid booking guests in contiguous rooms (above and to the side)? Such attention would be greatly appreciated and generate greater satisfaction!

**Currently we are serving grab and go items only. There are muffins, cereal assortment, yogurts, and oatmeal assortment. No coffee or tea station. Extra K-cups can be procured at the front desk upon request.** Our complimentary Express Start breakfast buffet is served daily. Options include eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuits and gravy, cold and hot cereal, bread and bagels for toasting, warm cinnamon rolls, yogurt, fresh whole fruit, milk, coffee, juice, and condiments.
The cost for Wi-Fi is at no charge, a password is needed and given at the time of check-in. The upload speed is currently 1 Mbps and the download is currently 13.2 Mbps. This can vary based on the number of guests on the network.
