I booked a room with two queen beds to share with my friend. When I arrived, they had moved me to a single king bed. They're policy was not to bring in a hide a bed; but the front desk clerk did what he could in spite of policy. My friend who had a business event at the same time rented 6 rooms for his employees. All double queens and four of them were also given single kings. I checked out a day early after basically sleeping on a bed sized tortilla for four nights. The manager was supposed to call me this afternoon to discuss and not surprisingly, did not reach out.
