The absolute best customer service any hotel in Douglas has to offer. The young man at the service desk has an amazing personality and made the experience that much better. That young man deserves everything, including a raise and a vacation day! haha. He was great to say the least. We will definitely be back because of him alone. This is the only hotel I could ever give an HONEST five star review.

My stay was great. The room was clean. The receptionists were very professional. One of the receptionists came up to the room to show me how to operate the television.
