Room was clean and service was great. Staff was excellent.
Very clean rooms and the front desk was super sweet to put our cooler ice packs in the downstairs freezer.
Everyone was friendly. Rooms clean.
There was a lot of this wrong with my room this time. Wall light coming out of the wall with screws just hanging there. Toilet paper hanging off the wall toilet seat really loose .Then the iron issue, the iron had black sticky stuff on it that I couldn't get off. Didn't want to use white hotel towels. Went downstairs to the front desk. Asked for another one or someone clean this one cuz I had nothing to clean it with. After about 7mins he came back and said he couldn't find another one he was so sorry he couldn't help me. I said can't I get one from another room ? So 10mins later he brought me one from another room. I'm a business owner also so my suggestion is to have the cleaning crew check the irons and ironing boards cuz it was dirty also. I will always stay here cuz we're IGH members. The lady that does your breakfast is YOUR biggest ASSET ! Her food is great and it's always clean and she's very nice and welcoming !
