Great staff and very clean.
Hotel full of kids running up and down the halls, screaming with no adult supervision. They completely took over the swimming pool and hot tub so we were unable to even use. Parents drinking in the main area allowing their kids to run all over the hotel.
Hotel was great however kids running up and down the hallway screaming and yelling. They completely took over the pool and we were unable to use it. Parents of the kids drinking in the area in main floor not supervising their children. We had babies trying to sleep and to come out of our rooms several times to tell the kids to stop running and screaming.

Everything was fine except when I made my reservation you enrolled me in global privileges without asking and that was the second time you have done that not sure why you keep doing that??.
Pool use was not good young kids without adults jumping in and screaming really needs some body to check on once in awhile.
Excellent front desk person, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great and tasty choices for breakfast.
