There nothing more pleasant than arriving to your destination and having excellent customer service from beginning to end. The hotel is located close to everything. Loved the way every employee listen to our wants and needs with a smile. The rooms are ample and with extremely comfort. The employees’s suggestions for eating places were excellent. I hated to come back and that is how comfortable my husband and I felt. Thank you for your all around service.

I was stranded on HWY 50 and had to have my car towed and stay overnight. This hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff was fantastic and helpful! I had no clothes and no personal items. The concierge gave me personal grooming items and directed me to a Target that was literally a five minute walk away! I took a walk down a beautiful cobblestone path straight to Target where I was able to purchase what I needed for the night. The hotel also had a complimentary hot breakfast that was the best! I was able to extend my check out to accommodate for when my car was done being repaired. Excellent service all around! They made a bad situation better and I am thankful for that!
