Everything was wonderful. Except the GM, very rude not to just us. I have a service dog and at 2am my husband took our dog outside.When he came in through the front door the GM said no Dogs allowed. Not hi what room are you in or something to find out more info. My husband explained it's a service dog for my wife who has MS and is diabetic he also gave him our room number. The GM said nothing and my husband went back to our room. That morning I asked the GM if I could have a pen a piece of paper as we lived an hour away and our breaker box caught fire. He said why didn't you stay at a specific place in the twon we live in (not affiliated with Holiday in Express in Lafayette Indiana). I was shocked. was our money not good enough? The other staff is awesome, kind and helpful. The GM is so RUDE.
The tub was stained.mold in tub loose tile.toilet didn't want to shut off. Shower control was broken. Very overpriced.
Always good people to take care of us.
