We had a Great Stay at Holiday Inn Express thanks to their awesome staff, Isabel and Daniella. We will definitely recommend HIG, Eagle Pass!
The staff was very helpful and professional. I enjoyed it fully.
1. Main elevato, out of order long walk down two hallways to access elevator near rear of the property. 2. There was an old clock radio in the room that did not function. It did not even power up. We were in room 305. There were no usb outlets to charge phones, or tablets. Most hotels have these in 2025. 4. The furnature was dated; the dresser was missing pull rings on two of the drawers 5. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted. There was thick ice on the back wall of the unit. 6. The shower towels issued by staff at the front desk were small, stiff and scratchy. 7. We had to make the long elevator walks to request a do not disturb plackard from the front desk. I am an IHG member, every IHG property I have visited has been far better than this one. I understand the will be upgrading the property soon and it is surely needed. Again we were in room 305.
