We reserved three rooms. One of the rooms had bedbugs. My sister was bitten two nights before she was able to catch the bug that was biting her. It was on a weekend when we realize it, so there were no supervisory personnel available. She was told someone would call her on Monday for a refund. We have not heard from them yet. The other areas were good. Breakfast was good.
