The hanger bar is missing on one of the carts when Trying to bring clothes in on a cart with no hanger bar. Room key had problems and needed clerk for assistance. Fortunately we were in room 104. Bracket for hanging things on bathroom door was missing. We had to ask the receptionist for toilet paper when we first moved into the room. There was one full and one almost empty. Shower floor was stained and I observed that the faucet was dripping slowly, which probably allowed the stain. The sink faucet leaks onto the counter. I learned to not put anything by the sink if I wanted to keep it dry. Housekeepers were extremely gracious and helpful. Syd and Patrick were hosts at reception counter and both were very helpful and gracious. We'll be back again. I just hope these little things can be taken care of.
