Hotel was great tour reservations suck! I called Marriot and found out it was 3rd party against my knowledge. They were awful.left out alot of info that when I checked in were not in system and I did not get best rate! Hotel and personnel were great, reservations were terrible! And since I am back to traveling Bonvoy doesn't seem like a good deal..
