Very clean, excellent beds, pillows and ASHLEY HEFFNER went over and above to help me ! Never have I had such VIP treatment at checkin. You certainly have a wonderful employee in this lady. She was professional, caring and efficient. I had to travel alone for a funeral and she was so helpful. I cannot thank her enough! She certainly is an asset to your team.

The bathtub in our room was very slippery and had no mat to prevent falling. My wife slipped and nearly broke her arm. Something needs to be done about those tubs.
The room was clean and comfortable. I will be staying there again I give the highest rating.
