Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Hotel was drab/ dank. Barely has essentials for very short stay. BUT would like to recognize Gabriella for her superior customer service and Marquel for his pleasant spirit and his willingness to help everyone. Thank you both but you are surrounded by peers who don't smile or seem engaged at all.
They had me for two rooms. I had talk to four people and still they charge my card. I am disputing it with the bank. I have proof that it was prepaid in Jan. I asked for them to fix the alarm clock not done. I asked for different remote not done. My daughter was also charged extra 300. So if you stay here check your bill and don’t ask for anything because they won’t do it anyways. Also nobody returns calls.
