From the driver who picked us up from the airport to Carmen the wonderful receptionist at the front desk, everyone welcomed us with kindness. Our room was updated with basic comfort but very efficient with ironing supplies and hair dryer. We were taken at 4am on time to the airport, still with a goodbye smile. We’ll definitely return when flying out of the Orlando airport!

Stayed one night before cruising the next morning. Excellent customer service. The very nice spread for breakfast. Enjoyed our stay.
I tried to deal directly with the hotel but somehow was connected to a 3rd party. I had to cancel two days prior to my reservation but obviously I wasn't allowed to do so. You won't ever get any business from me in the future or any recommendation for your property.
