Not good probably won’t stay here again .. hard to park and get around. Staff not friendly 👎VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Our family of three (plus dog) had a very positive experience during the recent extended power outage that affected many families in Pittsburgh including ours. We were grateful to have been able to stay at the hotel while we waited for our power to be restored. Being able to work remotely from the hotel, enjoy meals and walk our dog in nearby Point State Park significantly eased the difficulties of the power outage for us. We also appreciated the friendliness of the staff. In particular, Tony Lee was very helpful and we wanted to express our sincere gratitude for his attentiveness. Thank you to the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh for providing a comfortable environment during a challenging time.
The room was clean and beds comfortable. Hotel staff were very nice.
Hotel was not very clean, holes in all of our bath towels, bed was very uncomfortable, pocket doors on the bathrooms were load and didn’t close well, water damage in the ceiling of our room. Would not recommend.

The room was on the smaller side but fit the two of us ok. There was mold in the bathroom unfortunately and graffiti carved into the shower wall..
Staff were pleasant and professional in all areas of service. Well done there. However, when I pay a high rise for a room I tend to expect a certain quality in bedding and furnishings. Our room had a fold out sofa bed. When we walked in, we immediately saw that the piece furniture was well worn, with seat cushions sinking into the frame. The thin mattress was discolored but serviceable. Wallpaper eas loose in several spots and the entire room, including the bathroom, 2ad a bit overdue for a refresh. Despite all that, our stay was generally comfortable and, again, I can't express enough that staff were great!
