My room was awful. Phone didn't work, had to keep walking to the front desk. Remote for TV did not work, gave me a new one, didn't work. Finally TV said no signal. A/C was not cold and there was a leak in the bathroom shower.
Dispensers in bathrooms left empty, towels not left/ replaced, no toilet paper. Issues told to staff with no improvement.
Room was comfortable but they didn’t clean thoroughly. Hair in shower and in bed and under sink hair ties and Bobby pins. Bathroom has a sliding barn door the stopper for the door is hanging off. The adjoining room door has a broken latch and needs repair.

Everything was prstine in cleanliness. The staff were extremely helpful in every way, courteous, polite and sociable. This is our 3rd visit to the same hotel and we have always found it as expressed.
We had a lovely and relaxing overnight stay and breakfast was very good.
We have stayed here several times while visiting granddaughter who attends college nearby. This last visit we surprised her by bringing her younger sister to visit as well. We had reservations for a king bed room and needed to change to a two bed room. Michelle checked us in and was very helpful in being able to make this happen and made for a much more comfortable sleep then if had to use a roll away cot. Thank you Michelle! My only complaint would be that the shower was cool and water never got warm.
