"Bugs"

We had bugs the towel didn't flush room wasn't very clean. .we have pics of this stuff. housekeeping front desk and manager was notified and seen.

"Pool for summer days."

I made reservations because my children love swimming during the summer. Pool at Quality Inn was not operating; so no swimming. Had to cancel on arrival.

"Toilet had feces in it. Faucets had fingerprints on it."

The bathroom toilet had feces on the inside wall of it. The sink faucet and handles had fingerprints on them which needed to be cleaned off by us. The mirror frame was fading off. I had to wipe everything with a Clorox wipe. I felt like all of the surfaces in the room should be sanitized including the the remote. It was the worst motel experience I have had. I certainly would not recommend.
