This is a very nice hotel. Great entertainment on the TV and excellent breakfast fare.
I enjoyed the cleanliness and design of my room. The construction in the lobby diminished the luxury feel of this hotel. It is quite understandable, though. The fitness room was very disorganized. It was hard to move around in there. I really liked the breakfast options. I would have appreciated some plain yogurt, though (as opposed to flavored Yoplait option). The staff were flexible and willing to hold my bags after checkout while I visited the nearby Schlitterbahn waterpark attraction!

Very kind, thoughtful, efficient and ready to accommodate our needs. They must be recognized at a staff meeting and raise! Love this place and it is clean Only issue is the hallways didn’t smell very pleasant at all. Otherwise, great stay.

Excellent room, clean and very quiet.
Our experience was goo. My only problem was the billing to my ctedit card before the stay when I was told it would not be. The other concern is I know I called the number direct to the hotel but somehow got transferred to another agent that was not associated to the hotel directly as I had been in the past which would have avoided all the charges to my credit card. Staff was great though at the hotel.
