Located in the heart of Charlotte, the Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Uptown is just a short walk from popular attractions such as the Charlotte Convention Center and Spectrum Center.
I travel to Charlotte on numerous occasions and I have stayed at your hotel in the past. My wife and I checked in on the 14th of June 2025 and visited our daughter for the Father’s Day weekend. We left our room at about 11:00 am on Saturday the 15th. After spending all day Saturday with family, we returned to our room around 11 pm Saturday When we arrived there were no towels, the bed was as we left it, unmade. Nothing in the room had been cleaned. I called the front desk and informed the receptionist of the situation. She said something to the effect of “There is nothing she could do about it because the staff was not available”. Understandably, it was about 11:00 pm on the evening of 15th when we returned. I asked for towels and was told I could get them at the front desk. I was disappointed that my room had not been serviced and find it unacceptable that your hotel seems to think it is alright. Hotel was very beautiful. Great view of city from our room. Excellent customer service. All the staff was very kind and helpful. Our stay was amazing. First time visiting the city.
The location was perfect. We walked to dinner and did some sightseeing. That night we walked to our event. Just a great location. Customer service was at a ten.
