I wanted to book a room and called the hotel direct line four times, only to have it ring over a minute each time. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED.I saw a button to book online, thinking it was through the hotel, I booked a room. Upon arrival, I was told my booking was through priceline and my AAA discount couldn't be applied. The clerk was no help! I wouldn't have had to use online booking, had the desk answered! I am done with BW. Breakfast was good, the lady running it was very attentive and helpful.room was okay.

The gentleman at the checkout when we checked in on Sunday Feb.23 2025 went above and beyond to help me with my phone. Also the lady at the breakfast was great. The food was ont only good but her friendly attitude was refreshing. Having great service is a real treat.We will highly recommend your hotel.

The room was clean and quiet. The A/C was good and self adjusting. Coffee needs major improvement but the rest of breakfast was okay with good service.
