I asked to see if we could be upgraded and was willing to pay for it. He had me waiting for over 15 minutes while he took all the incoming calls. I made a slight tap on the counter asking is there anyway around this. I’ve had major back surgery and needed a better place to sit for the evening. I was told (“Don’t Tap on my Couunter”) Even the man waiting behind me was shaking his head ! His better than others wasn’t well received by me or the other waiting guests! He also had his car parked in the circle where guests are to be able to unload. He indicated it was for the manager Who clearly wasn’t on duty! He was extremely lazy and didn’t want to put out any more effort into trying to upgrade or make any effort to help than necessary!
