We had very good service and our room was wonderful.
The only problem I had was on Sat. afternoon while I was at the Expo Center I received a call informing me that I had to be checked out by three p.m. or I would be charged for an extra day. When I made the reservation was told check out time was 11 a.m. on Sunday.
