Very clean. Nice staff. Clean parking lot. Our stay was excellent.
Unpleasantly surprised at check in with $25.00 “Incidental Fee” added to my prepaid rate. Clerk tried to tell me this has been an industry norm for quite some time. In all my travels, this was a first. I have had my credit card on file on numerous occasions. But never an actual charge applied, with a refund pending. Won’t repeat with this Holiday Inn.

It would be good to have a continental breakfast, just bagels and/or muffins instead of having to pay for breakfast.
I can not say enough about my stay here. Quiet, well appointed room, extremely comfortable bed and choice of pillows. The hotel had excellent coffee in the lobby!
