Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms.
Our room was great! Bed was so comfortable. The restaurant had great food and wonderful waitresses. The atmosphere was welcoming and all the staff were friendly and courteous. The wedding reception was perfect! My granddaughter wished there was a pool!

I've stayed at the Kirkwood several times in the last couple years and it's consistently perfect. The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable, there are lots of fluffy pillows and the room service is soooo good.
Our second visit = a little wait to check in = very put off by the stain on the bedsheet = had it changed but not a good experience.
