The room was fine.
Overall A/C was not functioning and was just told of this matter of factly by the front desk attendant. No usual tiny shampoo bottles but that varies from location to location so payed $4 at the vending machine for it. Also they asked for a copy of everyone's licenses staying which seemed a bit extra compared to other locations but not sure if this is a new policy. Just generally weird atmosphere of location and no air conditioning def made the room musty.
Room stunk,bathroom sink and shower head spray very hard stream of water.could put an eye out if not careful.
Straight and to the point. Was made aware at check in that A/C is mot working. Rooms arent very clean, beds are uncomfortable. Plumbing does not work properly, had to request a plunger just to urinate in the toilet. Staff very standoffish. Very unsatisfied for what I paid.

No real amenities; no coffee maker, though there's coffee by the lobby; no refrigerator, so we couldn't bring back any delicious coastal leftovers; very few electrical outlets; not enough towels and no bath mat, which is a problem since the walk in shower curtain does little to contain the water, so most of the bathroom floor was flooded. No clocks, which is a minor problem, as long as you have your phone at hand. But since the outlet and charging port had to be on the other side of the bed, it wasn't. The room was fairly clean, but really needed a comforter or extra blanket, especially since the A/C and heating was dicey. The employees were wonderful! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They salvaged this stay.
