The folks were friendly when I checked in. The room was comfortable and clean. They have free cookies available and lovely breakfast
Everything was clean and nice and everyone that worked there was really wonderful. The workers in this breakfast room especially and the food was good.
I've stayed here many times as it is convenient to the OSU campus. Price is reasonable except for price gouging around campus events (graduation), which seems to be the case for all local hotels. Prices jump exponentially. This visit I booked last minute via a call to the hotel directly, as there was an emergency and I need to get the Corvallis hospital asap. When I arrived for check in, I was told I should have asked for the "hospital rate," but having not known this at the time, they still wouldn't honor it when I checked in, stating I would have had to book directly through them, which I told them I did. I was not given any discount. Additionally and this is true every time I've been here over four years, the one elevator is either extremely slow or it doesn't work. Reporting it to the front desk does nothing. Multiple times we had to walk up/down three flights with luggage, etc.
We offer a complimentary hot buffet style breakfast that includes scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, assorted breads and pastries, fresh fruit, waffle station, cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, coffee, tea and juice. On the weekends we offer biscuits and gravy. Breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM on weekdays and 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM on weekends.
We offer complimentary parking for cars, large trucks and commercial buses. We also offer parking for guests using Groome Transportation airport shuttle, 14 days complimentary, $6 per day after that.
