The Omni at the Star in Frisco. The real stars are the employees! I can’t remember all the names who I interacted with. Alaska was one of the Valet attendants that always created me with a smile. From the time you are created at the valet and my car was cared for, every person was professional and the best at their jobs I’ve ever seen. Stacia one of the managers was the best problem solvers EVER. She made sure that I truly had what I needed. And all of the people she worked with greeted me by name and waved when they saw me. Thank you Stacia for your professionalism and your kindness. When I ate my meals in their restaurant, beginning with a fresh cup of coffee to the delicious banana pancakes the staff was incredible.Hailey, Brianna, Kim and Quazi were professional and really wanted me to be happy. Bartender Clayton made fantastic Old Fashions but also would ask how my day was. The employees, All Of them made my stay a happy one. They are the True Stars!
Front desk staff went above and beyond. Housekeeping left a precious handwritten note. And an employee at the Charlotte Jones store gave me floss from her purse! Kudos to an amazing staff!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and its exceptional staff. The service is outstanding, and every team member greets you with a kind and friendly face. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the Frisco area—or even if you're a bit farther out. It’s absolutely worth the drive.
I am at the hotel every week usually staying three to four days a week, the hotel, never disappoints along with the excellent staff and the great service that they offer. Always eager to help always have a smile. Just a great place to stay.
Stayed at this hotel several times, always a great experience, great staff, always clean rooms and great atmosphere!
The facility and service are top notch.
For the price the room was not up to par. No microwave, limited washcloths, towels, shampoo, bar soap and body wash. Only enough toiletries for one person, if that. Water in the shower was luke warm.
