The room was messy and it was only made up once in four nights despite requesting for a made up room every day.
My husband gave me the wrong number to book a reservation. He thought he was giving me the number to the hotel and I thought I was talking to Choice Reservations. I was assured there was an accessible room available on the first floor. When we arrived, we found this was not the case an I had booked through a third party grrr. From past experiences booking with third party I knew that our room would be far from the elevator, Lobby, dining area, pool. not good for people with mobility problems. I explained what happened to the clerk. He was very accommodating and gave us a one bedroom suite on the 4th floor by the elevator. He even tried to get our Choice points for the night. Unfortunately, he could not. If we are even in Milwaukee again, we will return to this hotel! The only downside was that the livingroom was not air conditioned. It did have a ceiling fan which lowered the temp a few degrees.

Quality Inn beds are very comfortable. Our room was clean. The lobby and dining area were uncomfortably warm in the morning.
